Create a three-tiered program for grant applications. Write a one page description of goals and a tiered budget.

Tier 1: One time clean-up projects

          Emergency fund for clients

          Salary for part-time organizer (Emily Henderson?)

Tier 2: Home support services, weekly drop-in activities at Homestead Co-op,

          New Dimensions, MHSA Wellness and TAY Centers 

Tier 3:  activities, transportation to activities

 
IDEAS / SUGGESTIONS

*  PROJECTS:  10-25 standalone service projects listed on website

*  FUNDRAISER ODDFELLOWS:  Dessert auction?

*  Yolo County SERVICE ORGS.  8 Rotary clubs (3 in Davis, 3 in Woodland, 1 in West Sac, 1 in Winters)
    2 Kiwanis Clubs in Davis

*  DONATIONS:  Write an appeal letter to select list of likely donors, service clubs, faith-based organizations.

* Increase YoloCANVAS volunteers.

* Document results of projects, expenses, etc.
